Hand-woven in Suffolk by our skilled weavers using selected English willow rods, these hurdle panels are built around a treated timber frame for structural rigidity and a longer lifespan than unframed alternatives. The frame makes installation straightforward - panels fix directly to standard wooden or concrete fence posts, or can be integrated into an existing fence structure. Available in four heights from 3ft to 6ft, all at a standard 6ft (1.8m) width, they are a practical and hardwearing solution for garden boundaries, screening, and windbreaks.
Dimensions
All panels are 1.8m (6ft) wide. Available in the following heights:
1.8m x 1.8m (6ft x 6ft)
1.8m x 1.5m (6ft x 5ft)
1.8m x 1.2m (6ft x 4ft)
1.8m x 0.9m (6ft x 3ft)
Please note that as every panel is handmade, slight variations in dimensions may occur.
Care & Maintenance
Willow is a natural material that will weather to a soft silver-grey over time. To protect the willow and extend the lifespan of your panels, we recommend treating them with a 50/50 mix of raw linseed oil and turpentine substitute once or twice a year. Apply generously with a brush or sprayer. With regular treatment, a well-maintained hurdle panel will last many years in a garden environment.
